Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SocialBuzz Events is not the merchant of record for user-created events, vendor opportunities, ticket sales, classes, tournaments, gigs, or related transactions.

  • Taxes, reporting, permits, and legal compliance
  • Customer support and communication
  • Pricing, inventory counts, and payout information

Payment funds may be split automatically through connected payment accounts and may be transferred directly to the responsible user or business account. SocialBuzz Events does not control payout timing performed by third-party payment processors.

By connecting a payment account or using payment-enabled features, you agree to comply with all applicable payment processor terms, including Stripe's connected account requirements and policies.

SocialBuzz Events reserves the right to restrict, remove, pause, or disable payment-related features, listings, tickets, or vendor opportunities at any time if fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, policy violations, or platform safety concerns are suspected.
